About Freshmen Rep

The Freshmen Representative (Freshmen Rep) work to develop their leadership and professional skills by leading freshmen-oriented socials and professional development events, including one Freshmen Mini-Conference in the spring. The Freshmen Representative is separate from the SWElites program. Since the role is for freshmen, spots do not open until the fall.
